1. Introduction

This policy explains the payment methods available at Abaq Al-Hayat and its affiliated brands, as well as how payments can be completed and canceled securely.

3. Financial Transaction Security

We use payment gateways licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) exclusively, and we do not accept payments through transfers to unverified personal accounts. All payment data is encrypted during transmission, and we do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Currency and Pricing

All displayed prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include value-added tax unless otherwise stated.

5. Installment Payments (Tabby and Tamara)

We offer interest-free installment payment options through Tabby or Tamara, in accordance with approved Sharia-compliant guidelines. Approval for installments is subject to the service provider’s own assessment (Tabby/Tamara) and independent terms, and we are not a party to the approval or rejection decision.

6. Cash on Delivery

Available for selected products and specific delivery areas. Please have the amount ready in cash at the time of delivery; phone confirmation of the order may be required before shipping specifically for this payment method.

7. Invoicing

We issue an electronic invoice after every successful payment, including the total price including tax and shipping details, if applicable.

8. Payment Failure or Rejection

If a payment fails or is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be confirmed and no amount will be charged to you. You may retry using the same method or choose another payment method.

9. Payment or Transaction Cancellation

Before the booking is confirmed or the amount is actually chargedThe payment transaction can be canceled immediately without any deduction.
